We are in week #3 of the season and off to a great start!
Athletes have been going back to the basics, building strength, increasing conditioning and getting back into the swing of a new school year.
We've officially started to integrate choreography into each training session which means that attendance is crucial to swimmers feeling successful.
If your swimmer is unable to attend a training session, please send a message to their coach prior to training time. As a reminder, please schedule all appointments outside of training time - we want to maximize our time together!
Check out the email below for important updates, info and reminders
Your squad's Parent Rep is standing by ready to answer questions or clarify anything if needed in the squad WhatsApp chats-- thanks, Everyone!

We know traveling, eating and cheering as a large group is a unique experience for some, but this is a huge part of our team's culture. So many memories will be made!
The KYD $300 deposit for WWI 2023 was calculated based on transportation and meals for each swimmer assuming each athlete is traveling with one parent.
If additional travelers are being added, there will be additional charges for airport transfers and meals such that you may receive additional bills after WWI.
Conversely, if your bill is less than $300 after WWI, you will receive a credit to your account.
Final bills will be calculated (by our volunteer accounting team) based on actual costs and transportation needs of your family.
As a reminder, everyone will also receive an invoice including fees for (1) costume suits, (2) any CBAC travel tanks or jackets ordered and (3) WWI fees for 2022.
If you have any questions regarding invoicing, please reach out to our volunteer accounting team (email@example.com) or our meet accounting volunteer, Erin Galatopoulos (firstname.lastname@example.org)
