Hello, Everyone
We're on the final countdown to Coral Springs! Please use the resources (buttons) above as we prep for the upcoming Worldwide Invitational
Final Numbers Form: DUE FRIDAY, MAY 12TH Click here: https://forms.gle/F9ByphiRL2RCoHet5forms.gle/F9ByphiRL2RCoHet5 This form is for each FAMILY to fill out so that we have final numbers for the competition. We know traveling, eating and cheering as a large group is a unique experience for some, but this is a huge part of our team's culture. So many memories will be made! The KYD $300 deposit for WWI 2023 was calculated based on transportation and meals for each swimmer assuming each athlete is traveling with one parent. If additional travelers are being added, there will be additional charges for airport transfers and meals such that you may receive additional bills after WWI. Conversely, if your bill is less than $300 after WWI, you will receive a credit to your account. Final bills will be calculated (by our volunteer accounting team) based on actual costs and transportation needs of your family. As a reminder, everyone will also receive an invoice including fees for (1) costume suits, (2) any CBAC travel tanks or jackets ordered and (3) WWI fees for 2022. If you have any questions regarding invoicing, please reach out to our volunteer accounting team (accounts@cbac.ky) or our meet accounting volunteer, Erin Galatopoulos (erin_k_baker@yahoo.com) Click here: https://forms.gle/F9ByphiRL2RCoHet5forms.gle/F9ByphiRL2RCoHet5 As we head into the week, please see updates below for important info
