Our season calendar has been updated with a few important date changes; most importantly, the Jamaica Invitational has shifted to Feb 9-11 and CARIFTA Champs Mar 28-31

STAR Testing

The STAR Program was created by Canada Artistic Swimming as a skill progression certificate program to build a strong foundation in young synchro swimmers. Students perform a specific set of skills in front of judges who will then award certificates once the skills have been demonstrated at a passing standard.

Like many Caribbean programs, Cayman has adopted the STAR Program and have adapted it as the sport has progressed.
Utilizing STAR Testing ensures that all swimmers have a strong foundation in skills that will be expanded on throughout their time in the sport. This also allows coaches to determine areas where swimmers are strongest or might need extra attention.
*Swimmers must wear black suit & white cap

Pirates Fest Fun!

Pirate Parade
Saturday, November 11th @ 4pm
Come down to GT for the Pirates Fest Parade -- more info to come
Arrive between 3-3:20pm and get ready to march in the parade!

Pirates Landing Performance
DATE CHANGE: Saturday, November 18th
Come down to the George Town waterfront on Saturday, November 18th to cheer on our Purple, Aqua & Teal team members as they perform for the annual Pirate's Week Festival
Performance will be at 3:30pm sharp

Blue, Red & Sapphire Squads will train on Nov 18th from 12:00-2:00pm to ensure all coaches and athletes can make it to the harbor for performance time

Holiday Synchro Show

Tickets are now available for purchase to the Annual Holiday Synchro Show!

Plan to wear this year's CBAC shirt for a fun morning of community service!

CIASA News

Cayman Islands Aquatic Sports Association organizes events for all aquatic athletes in Cayman as well as coordinates national team events in partnership with World Aquatics, Panam Aquatics and The Cayman Islands Olympic Committee

All CBAC members have CIASA membership included in their annual registration fee
