Synchro Update: May 24, 2023

Hello CBAC Synchro Families, 

What a weekend! Congrats to all athletes that participated in the Worldwide Invitational 2023 in Coral Springs, Florida. 
A lot of fantastic swims, team bonding, loud cheering and hardware proved this weekend to be one for the books. 
To top it off, the TEAM HIGH POINT TROPHY! 
You know what this means... 

Join us poolside on Friday, May 26th at 5:00pm for the "Big Push"-- all swimmers that attended WWI please bring their medals/ribbons.
Our friend, Seaford Russell, from the Cayman Compass will be there to take some photos

**Friday squads will have normal training afterward

• AGM of Aquatic Sports Cayman Ltd. (CBAC)
  TONIGHT Wednesday, May 24th at 6:00 pm (DART Offices in Camana Bay) --please see email that was sent on April 20 for more info
  
  
• Swim for Sheillah: Sunday, May 28th
  If your swimmer hasn't gotten an envelope yet, they will be handed out at the pool this week. Our goal is to tread for 1-hour and raise some funds to help caregivers learn to swim in Cayman. More info here: Swim For Sheillah (https://swim4sheillah.com/)

• Congrats to all swimmers that participated in the Lions Sprint Meet on May 20th -- CBAC wins overall combined team score!
